The California Nations Indian Gaming Association's Executive Committee is composed of the corporation's Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and at-large members. The Executive Committee is responsible for overseeing the management of the corporation, and for the exercise of all corporate powers between meetings of the General Membership. The Executive Committee will at all times carry out the directives of the General Membership and will not take action which is in conflict with any resolution, direction or other decision of the General Membership.  Chairman  Daniel J.
